Real-world evidence for veterinary & animal-health companies

Your clinic data, turned into published science.

Complex science, made useful. You collect real-world data from your clinics. I organize it, run the analysis, write the manuscript, and submit it to peer-reviewed journals – the whole way from spreadsheet to publication.

What I do for you

Scientific credibility is what turns a good product into a trusted one.

I help veterinary clinicians and animal-health companies turn raw clinical data into peer-reviewed evidence – and, when you're ready, into new markets.

Evidence, published

Manuscript writing & journal submission

I take your raw clinical data and turn it into a publication-ready manuscript, then manage submission to the right peer-reviewed journal. Lead author in Nature Portfolio and IJMS.

The clinical story

Clinical data analysis

Send me your collected data – messy is fine. I organize and analyze it (hands-on in SQL, Python, and Power BI), and find the story that supports your product's evidence base. I work across therapeutic areas, with particular depth in regenerative medicine, immunology, orthopedics, and dentistry.

The whole project

Scientific project planning & KOL engagement

Need stronger evidence for your product? I can plan and manage the whole scientific project – from study design and setup to finding the right Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and building research collaborations.

New markets

Japan market entry & scientific liaison

Planning to enter the Japanese veterinary market? I bridge the regulatory, scientific, and cultural gap from the ground in Japan.

Who I work with: veterinary and animal-health companies of all sizes – product, supplement, and device makers, clinics, and university research groups. My current clients are in Europe, and I'm glad to work with teams anywhere.

How it works

A simple, end-to-end process.

1

You send your data

Your clinics collect real-world data on your product. You send it to me – messy is fine.

2

I organize, analyze & write

I clean and analyze the data, shape the concept, and write the full manuscript to journal standard.

3

Your science gets published

I handle submission and revisions until your study is published in a peer-reviewed journal.

Operating from Japan, I offer European clients a “Follow-the-Sun” advantage: analysis and drafting happen overnight, ready for your morning review.

Dr. Indrė Matsuzaki

DVM · PhD · Veterinary researcher

  • Clinical roots: licensed veterinarian (DVM) with several years' small-animal clinical experience in dentistry and oral surgery.
  • Academic rigor: PhD; lecturer at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences and researcher at Kagoshima University, Japan.
  • Recognition: Scientific Advisory Board member at the Morris Animal Foundation.
  • Business background: former Global Business Development Manager in Germany, where I also organized international scientific workshops – I understand both the science and the commercial side.

I'm a Lithuanian vet-scientist. I started this practice because there's a huge gap between the data sitting in veterinary clinics and the published evidence the field actually needs – and closing that gap is one of the most useful things a clinician-scientist can do. Underneath all of it is something simple: a love of animals. When I met the primatologist Dr. Birutė Galdikas, she signed her book to me "in deep appreciation of your love of animals" – and that still says it best.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can you handle the whole process, from raw data to a published paper?

Yes. That's the core of what I do – you send the data your clinics collected, and I organize it, analyze it, write the manuscript, and manage submission to a peer-reviewed journal.

I'm a small veterinary company – is this only for big biotech?

No. Most of my work is with small and mid-size animal-health companies and clinics that have valuable real-world data but no in-house scientific writing team.

What kind of data can you work with?

Real-world clinical data collected from veterinary practices – case records, treatment outcomes, product performance. It doesn't need to be clean or organized before you send it.

Do you help with entering the Japanese market?

Yes. Working on the ground in Japan, I can support the scientific, regulatory, and cultural aspects of entering the Japanese veterinary market.

What are your credentials?

I'm a licensed veterinarian (DVM) and PhD with several years of small-animal clinical experience, a university lecturer and researcher, a Scientific Advisory Board member at the Morris Animal Foundation, and lead author in journals including Nature Portfolio's Scientific Reports and IJMS.
